Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled or altered within 1 hour before the scheduled delivery. After this time, no requests for cancellation or modification may be catered for.
Cancellation Procedure: An order can be cancelled by customers via 7411444030, 7411444080. Kindly give your order number and relevant information for a fast response.
Refund Policy: Under the given period, cancellations may be subject to full or partial repayment, depending on the circumstances. Upon our refund policy guidelines, refunds will be handled within 3 working days after the cancellation date.
Exceptions: There are also some orders, especially customized or personalized cakes that are prepared exclusively for a customer that the company cannot refund or rescind after reaching a certain point in the preparation process. Therefore, exceptions to these will be explained to customers upon order confirmation.
