Return and Refund Policy

  1. Returns: We are incredibly careful in producing quality products. Please make sure to contact us within 2 hours of receiving an order with any damaged or incorrect items. Therefore, we may require photo evidence to investigate the issue.
  2. Refunds: As long as the product is damaged or wrong, we will replace it with an equal product or refund it. Within 3 working days after the approval of the return, the refunds will be made.
  3. Cancellation: Orders also can be cancelled within a certain time before the planned delivery. The refund for cancellation made after this time may not be full. For more information, please visit our cancellation policy.
  4. Non-Delivery: Should a delivery fail for causes not within our control, for instance, an incorrect address provided by the customer, no cash back could be given. Nevertheless, we shall do our best to arrive at a reasonable outcome.
  5. Non-Refundable Items: Cakes might be made to order or customized to individual preferences and hence may not be refundable, except in a case where the item is damaged or not right after delivery.
